Description:
The Customer Care Agent at Alhind facilitates seamless communication between the company and its B2C client. They handle ticketing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support, ensuring smooth travel experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing Assistance:

  • Assist with flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Utilize ticketing systems efficiently to process bookings and update records.

Customer Support:

  • Address concerns and complaints, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, routes, schedules, and promotions.
  • Provide accurate information to assist customers in decisionmaking.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
  • Generate reports on ticketing activities and service metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 4 positions available
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Strong communication (English & Hindi) and problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management abilities.
