Responsibilities and Duties

  • Effectively manage the team in providing resolution to customer complaints
  • Followup with internal teams to close customer queries independently
  • Processing returns and exchange
  • Strong in Coordination with customers as well as with different departments for an endtoend delivery
  • Ensure a smooth and happy work environment for all team members
  • Responsible for independently receiving, documenting, investigating & coordinating responses to complaints.
  • Focused on enhancing customer experience & reducing repeated complaints.
  • To handle queries and complaints from customers tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensure endtoend resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction
  • Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to teach and train team members on various customer service strategies
  • Ability to resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments

Salary:
₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
