Description

An EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Compliance Specialist, specializing in filing compliances on pollution board portals, is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of EPR-related documentation and reports on the pollution board's online portal.

They work closely with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to collect and organize the required information and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:


  • Stay updated with local, regional, and national EPR regulations related to the pollution board's reporting requirements.
  • Interpret and communicate the implications of EPR regulations regarding portal filings to internal stakeholders.
  • Assess the organization's current practices against EPR compliance requirements for pollution board portal submissions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure accurate and timely compliance with pollution board filing obligations.

Portal Filing and Documentation:


  • Collect and organize relevant data, documents, and reports required for pollution board portal submissions.
  • Prepare and review compliance reports and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter data and upload documents on the pollution board's online portal following the specified format and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all portal filings and communications.

Salary:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
