Overview:

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using Siemens Teamcenter
Lead the design and development of Teamcenterbased solutions, including configuring workflows, data models, and integrations with other enterprise systems
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
Provide technical guidance to development teams and mentor junior team members
Provide oversight for the development and testing of customizations and integrations
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and system testing to ensure quality standards are met
Develop technical documentation, training materials, and user guides
Stay up to date with the latest PLM technologies and trends and identify opportunities to improve our solutions and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterpriselevel PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data model, workflows, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems
Experience with CAD, CAM, and CAE systems and their integration with Teamcenter
Strong programming skills in Java, C++, C#, or other programming languages
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex PLM projects on time and within budget
Experience in agile development methodologies is preferred.
