We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Site Executive to join our team. The Site Executive will be responsible for effective communication with clients, finalizing orders, overseeing project handovers, and negotiating rates. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction and the successful execution of design projects.


Responsibilities:


Customer Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

Order Finalizing:

• Collaborate with clients to finalize design specifications, materials, and any additional requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and processing of client orders.

Project Handover:

• Coordinate with the project management team to facilitate a smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
• Conduct onsite inspections to verify that project deliverables meet client expectations.

Rate Finalizing:

• Negotiate pricing and finalize rates with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and project budgets.
• Provide transparent and detailed pricing breakdowns to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather feedback from clients and work to address any concerns or issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of client communications, order details, and rate negotiations.
• Generate regular reports on project status, order finalizations, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Executive, Customer Relations Executive, or similar role in the interior/exterior design industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum Knowledge of interior and exterior working processes.
• Ability to negotiate and finalize orders and rates effectively.
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

• Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
