    In this role
  • As an
    Administration Executive you will be responsible to perform administrative and clerical tasks in order to ensure efficient operations of the plant/ office/business unit and support personnel in their duties, according to company's policies and local requirements.
  • You will be based at our manufacturing site in
    Bangalore-Jigani.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:


Office Administration

  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and ordering new supplies
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning by completing preventive maintenance requirements and managing Repairs
  • Handling the courier operations and ensure dispatch and receipt of necessary items on time
  • Handling liasoning with local statutory authorities and ensuring compliances are fulfilled on regular basis.

Personal Assistance

  • Schedule meetings and ensure venues and equipment for meetings. Take notes during meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Make travel arrangements for staff if required.
  • Take responsibility of the Executive Assistant duties for the Site Operations Director.

Communication

  • Receive phone calls and redirect callers to the desired recipients
  • Take and distribute accurate messages

Reporting

  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials, conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • Revise and suggest improvements to processes and recordkeeping systems

People Management

  • May guide off roll administrative support staff

Your professional profile includes:


  • Full time Graduation in any discipline
  • Computer literacy (and English communication is a must)
  • Fluency in local language is necessary to perform this job.
  • Overall 67 years of experience in administrative support role
  • Good time management and Good interpersonal skills
