Job Title:
Freelance 3D Building Designer

Responsibilities:


3D Modeling:
Create detailed and realistic 3D models of buildings and architectural structures based on project specifications.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to design concepts in the 3D modeling process.


Rendering:
Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings of 3D models for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.
Experiment with different lighting, textures, and materials to achieve desired visual effects.


Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements and ensure the 3D models align with project requirements.

Incorporate feedback from project teams and clients to refine and enhance 3D designs.


Software Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Stay updated on advancements in 3D design software and incorporate best practices into the design process.


Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing 3D models and renderings to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.


Qualifications:


Education:
Diploma /ITI / Bachelors

Experience: 1 year -Proven experience as a 3D designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in building design and rendering.


Skills:
Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
