Description
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company database and computer system.
- Compile comprehensive reports with accounting team.
- Execute various accounting duties, including accounts payable, processing invoices and processing deposit.
- Prepare new records and maintain it.
- Scan documents and print files when needed.
- Competent enough to complete the tasks in a given time.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
