    Junior UI/UX Designer

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
    • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
    • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
    • Assist in the creation of design guidelines and maintain design consistency across all products.
    • Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.
    • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

    Requirements:

    • 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
    • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
    • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.
    • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred.
