Job Title
Advisor, Communications

This position aids the firms Brand & Communication initiatives and plays a key role in influencing and building the organizations' reputation with its employees and external stakeholders.

We work on a series of planned, interconnected activities/programs to communicate and engage with our audiences The role will include:

Strategically partner with local and global leadership teams across businesses and develop strategies to deliver impactful communication programs/campaigns
Conceptualizing and implementing modules to build understanding of Global Services, our goal and purpose, transformation journey
Craft corporate messaging and positioning for Global Services in India as employer of choice, and develop content, for external mediums. Assist in participation in forums and manage industry relationships
NASSCOM, GPTW, SHRM
Internal communication focused at engaging employees and keeping them abreast with organizational developments
Lead and execute strategic change and cultural projects, influencing positive narratives and conversations both internally and externally
810 years of communication experience in PR firms or Corporates
Ability to build, manage and execute on complex communication plans and meet deadlines
Good content development ability writing, editing of business updates, executive briefs, fuel updates, blogs, social media posts, to name a few.
Proficiency with internal communication tools such as
EDMs, Posters, Merchandise, digital mediums, intranet, events, Town halls, publishing newsletters
Knowledge of external mediums press, digital, influencers and industry ecosystem
Understand, implement and ensure compliance of brand guidelines
High level of integrity to hold confidential information for strategic projects
Strong client partnering skills: ability and finesse to manage multiple stakeholders and influence teams
Adaptable, flexible, strong attention to detail, and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
