Responsibilities:


  • Deliver classroom training sessions to new hire agents in sync with the process requirement.
  • Deliver up skill, refresher, cross skill training to existing agents as per business requirement and TNA.
  • Deliver product/process refresher to OJT agents based on TNI/TNA by the Quality team.
  • Participate in OJT discussions and liaise with the floor support to bridge knowledge gaps.
  • Design, develop knowledge checks/assessments to new hire and existing agents.
  • Translate updates and feedback into effective training sessions to maximize agent productivity.
  • Contribute to agent and LOB Quality through coaching, feedback training sessions.
  • Maintain and update the eknowledge base regularly to support agents on product and process related queries.
  • Maintain and update the training tracker, material and resources in an organized manner.
  • Share process updates interdepartment and within the team to plug knowledge gaps.
  • Participate in trainingquality calibrations, lender trainings and new process/product launch for the purpose of knowledge management.
  • Consistently maintain and improve graduation rate & training throughout.
  • Identify, highlight process gaps and provide training intervention.
  • Audit calls as & when required.
