Key Responsibilities:
Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and any interventions provided. Ensure confidentiality and data security.
Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for
Work on developing various processes and training material for the team
Participate in educational activities such as exhibitions and events as and when required
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience of counselling students on Admissions to foreign universities
Understanding of various courses and career options across various disciplines
Experience on guiding students on the course option based on the students' profile and career interests
Sound understanding of the admission process for post-graduate diploma, and Masters' degrees in UK, Australia
Strategize and participate in Educational & business developmental activities
Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
