Responsibilities:

Sales Support:


  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and prospecting potential clients.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.

Marketing Assistance:


  • Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify marketing opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and uptodate records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Provide general administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales/marketing performance metrics as needed.
  • Assist in inventory management and order processing.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12 years) in sales support, marketing assistance, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
