Job duties & responsibilities:
- Managing reception area of office
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Making and receiving office calls
- Coordination for pick up of cheques
- Initial recovery calls
- May be required to do bank work whenever need arises
- Organizing travel and hotel bookings for office employees whenerever required
- Doing office clerical work
- Coordinating for events
Job specifications:_
Experience:
Fresher /1- 2 years of experience
Salary:
From ₹8,086.00 per month
Schedule:
