India's Leading Life Insurance Organizations is looking for a Senior Associate in Branch Operation Department.Purpose of the Job:
To make sure that all backend operations, such as NB, PS, accounts revival, and lead generation, are supported and customer assistance is provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interacting with both internal and external customers and responding to their questions, concerns, and needs
- Endtoend management processing of new business transactions: creation of client IDs and money receipting.
- Processing all policy servicing transactions and keeping in touch with HUB to ensure sameday processing and NAV allocation
- To prevent lookins, withdrawals, surrenders, and premium reductions, which also requires cooperation with sales associates and HUB.
- Creating leads and setting up appointments with all walkin clients to make repurchase the products.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking, financial, and insurance industries in the branch operation department
- Age should be between 22 to 35 years
- Good communications skill and presentations skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
- Strong analytical skills
Salary:
₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
