Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team who will design and deliver training sessions to meet the specific needs of our esteemed clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver interactive Modules on effective english language & communication, Interview Skills, time management, placement and other soft skills.
*Conduct assessments to identify participants skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly.

*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training to continuously improved training programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role in NGO /Colleges Preffered
Salary

Will be Calculated based on hours of training program

300*3 hrs =900 per day or (2 hours per day)


  • 6 days of training

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 10 per week


Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Mysore, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Mysore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
