Job description:


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Understand the work, feedback from the clients and pass on their messages to the concerned teams.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Be responsible to imbibe the organization's culture & vision along with fostering collaborative working environment amongst the team members.

Requirement:


  • A business graduate or postgraduate degree
  • 6 months 1 year experience into Business, Client Servicing, Customer Management, Sales & Development (preffered)
  • Immediate joinee (preffered)
  • Passion to work
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good command over English (verbal as well as written)
  • Presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong commitment to adhere to the process
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
