_Job Summary:
_


  • Cyber security is a top priority for our company. Our objective is to protect our information and digital assets (IT and OT) by reducing our cyber risk exposure in order to pursue our business objectives._
  • Security Operations, under responsibility of the Security Operations Manager, covers all the operational aspects of cyber security within Second Line of Defense including the three core cyber security processes: Vulnerability Management, Threat Monitoring and Intelligence, and Cyber Security Incident Response and all operational aspects of security in the Second Line of defense._

_Key Responsibilities:
_

- _In collaboration with the SOC Manager, design and deploy and manage the global Vulnerability Management Process covering the entire organization (e.g. IT, Manufacturing, R&D, ) _
- _Develop and maintain a comprehensive vulnerability management program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements._
- _Manage, mentor and coordinate the activity of the SOC Analysts operating in her/his area of responsibility. _
- _Continuously monitor and analyze the organization's IT and OT environments for vulnerabilities using various tools, technologies, and methodologies._
- _Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and work closely with relevant teams to develop and implement remediation plans._
- _Define, maintain, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the vulnerability management process._
- _Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors to ensure effective communication and coordination in vulnerability management activities._
- _Integrate vulnerability management with other security processes, such as incident response, threat monitoring and intelligence, and security risk management._
- _Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and provide guidance and training to relevant stakeholders as needed._
- _Develop and maintain relationships with industry peers and external partners to share information and best practices related to vulnerability management._
- _Participate in security audits, assessments, and compliance activities as needed._


_Qualifications:
_

- _Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field._
- _At least 7-10 years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or a related field._
- _Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment and management principles, as well as industry regulations and standards._
- _Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar environment_
- _Experience using vulnerability assessment tools and technologies, such as scanners, patch management systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) platforms._
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess vulnerabilities quickly and accurately._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization._
- _Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or GIAC, are preferred._
