• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Design and create an overall look and feel for online and offline marketing.
• Understand creative briefs, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas.
• Brainstorming with the design team to come up with image ideas.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Create designs in line with design and communication objectives
• Creating complete illustrations by combining handdrawn and digitally created images.
• Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations according to storyboard.
• Visualize look and feel for projects in line with the brief and as per brand guidelines.
• Work as part of a team with instructional designers, copywriters, motion graphic artists, animators, etc.

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Portfolio of completed Illustrations.
• Prior work experience as an Illustrator, graphic designer, or similar.
• Drawing, painting, and digital drawing skills.
• Knowledge of image editing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong conceptual and artistic skills.
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and wellcrafted copy that meet clients' needs as well as our own
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
• Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must understand the brand requirements
• Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash
• Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multichannel marketing
• Good comfort level interacting with highprofile clients and industry professionals
• Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media
• Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
