What we are looking for?
We're looking for a Social Media Executive, someone who conceptualizing visuals based on requirements in a creative way passionate. Our work culture is #overachiever, very amiable, and at the same time always charged with excitement.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategize, plan and conceptualize creative content campaigns on various social media platforms
Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter
Ideate and shoot and edit daytoday original content in the form of (but not limited to) photos, graphics, videos and GIFs primarily for the social media channels.
Responsible for the Social media calendar and execution of the same
Ideating, planning, creating and executing strong events and concepts for high engagement social media campaigns
Tracking the conversionrelated percentages and numbers to make needed improvements
Think creatively to deliver solutions for a wide variety of online and print projects such as Online campaigns, event branding, logo design, brochures and newsletters and much more for inhouse projects and clients.
Post content for social media platforms as per the schedule.
Involved in reporting and digital analytics using tools.
Ability to be adapt to the startup culture, handle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Possesses team spirit.
Accept constructive criticism.
Move mountains. Not literally but it will feel like it sometimes

Skills Requirements

12 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media organic & paid
Uptodate with the latest trends
Proficiency with copywriting, contentwriting, blogwriting
Proficiency with various social media platforms
Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest
Should have excellent time management and planning skills and have the ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines
Selfmotivated with strong communication skills
Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
