Job description:

Process Associate - 6 months to 2 Years Experience (Non voice)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to handle inbound customer datas.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, multiskill work environment.
Ability to provide a consistently high level of quality customer service.
Ability to process customer sales orders.

- remain current with new customer sales and service procedures.

Ability to work flexible hours / overtime as required (including weekends).
Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls from current and prospective customers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Graduate or Non-Graduate with very good English speaking skills.
Oral & Written Communications Spelling Skills, grammar and legible handwriting
Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

Multitask oriented

Sales Skills Prior experience preferred

Problem Solving Skills

Positive attitude.

Experience:

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
