Prospecting and Lead Generation:


  • Identify and research potential clients or customers within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:


  • Present products or services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by potential clients and overcome objections effectively.

Relationship Building:


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Regularly engage with clients to maintain rapport and address any issues or concerns.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Close sales and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Market Analysis and Feedback:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales management team regarding market insights, customer preferences, and product performance.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, leads, and sales contracts, using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards sales targets.

  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for selfimprovement and professional development.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing sales activities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Should Have Own Vehicle

Salary:
₹59, ₹71,712.74 per year
