Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients or customers within the assigned territory.
- Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Present products or services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by potential clients and overcome objections effectively.
Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Regularly engage with clients to maintain rapport and address any issues or concerns.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Close sales and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales management team regarding market insights, customer preferences, and product performance.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, leads, and sales contracts, using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards sales targets.
Training and Development:
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding.
- Continuously seek opportunities for selfimprovement and professional development.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Should Have Own Vehicle
Salary:
₹59, ₹71,712.74 per year
