Head Office In Ahmedabad*Are you passionate about driving financial excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance? We're seeking a visionary Chief Finance & Compliance Officer to lead our team. As a key member of our executive team, you'll spearhead financial strategy, oversee compliance initiatives, and contribute to our organization's growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize resources and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, mitigating risk and maintaining integrity.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decisionmaking.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Provide strategic guidance to the executive team and board of directors on financial matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA preferred.
Proven experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Travelling Will Be required to other Locations Ocationally.
