Accounting and Finance Associate

Work location:
Hyderabad, WFO

PureCode AI, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is actively looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our team.

We specialize in cutting-edge Computer Vision & Artificial Intelligence technologies and have created a developer tool that instantly converts design images into fully functional, ready to use, ReactJS code.

Additionally, we are advancing front-end software development by using AI models to generate UI components for engineers, resulting in significant time savings and reduced manual work.

Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Track and monitor accounts payable
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Cash flow modeling with excel is required
• Assist with reviewing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, food bills, IT Asset expenses, FnF settlements and payroll records etc. as assigned

- ensure that the company complies with financial regulations and tax laws, helping to prevent legal issues

• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
• Monitor and track company expenses, helping management make informed budgeting and cost control decisions.
• Report directly to US leadership
• Update financial data in a timely manner and ensure that information is accurate
• React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Skills -

• 2+yrs related experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Accounting computer software

Salary:
₹300, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
