    Job Overview:

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Website Development: Develop and maintain the MayBato website using WordPress, ensuring functionality, security, and user experience.
    • Customization: Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet the company's specific needs and requirements.
    • Technical SEO: Work closely with the SEO Specialist to implement technical SEO best practices on the website.
    • Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance, including load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs on the website.
    • Security Management: Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Content Management and Styling: Collaborate with the content team to style content, ensuring it is visually appealing and well-integrated into the website.
    • Design Assistance: Assist with designing elements of the website, ensuring a cohesive and attractive visual identity.
    • Image Selection: Help choose great pictures for services and other content, enhancing the visual quality of the website.
    • Feature Implementation: Implement new features and functionalities as needed to enhance the website's capabilities.
    • Regular Updates: Ensure the WordPress core, themes, and plugins are regularly updated.
    • User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to team members as needed.
    • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of website development processes and updates.
