- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Associate to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are available in the inventory for marketplace, preparing a supply plan based on demand projections, and executing the plans meticulously.
- A handson role in which you will help build and implement SOPs, manage day to day operations, and measure productivity on a weekly basis to increase efficiency.
As an Operations Associate you will be expected the following
- Inventory Management: Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained at the warehouse based on sales and demand projections and communicate excess/dead inventory to the Growth team to formulate necessary next steps.
- Warehouse Management: Build and implement SOPs, manage day to day operations, measure productivity, and ensure there are no breaches in all marketplaces.
- Cost Optimization: Adopt a costconscious mindset and continuously explore opportunities to reduce costs in all areas, including product cost, logistics cost, and other services.
- Vendor Management: Effectively manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- People Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse employees to achieve productivity and performance goals.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Constantly seek ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive results.
- High Ownership: Take full ownership of your role and be accountable for the results you deliver.
- Analytical Mindset: Use data and analysis to make informed decisions and drive success in the role.
You are a great fit if you have
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven 14 years of experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations. (mandatory)
- Excellent people management skills and experience leading a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Costconscious mindset and experience in cost optimization.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a drive for results
Work Locations:
Gurgaon/ Bangalore
Pay:
₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
