- Presentations and tasting sessions for HORECA/Cafe customers.
- Assisting customer on beverage menu's – Recipes, costing, training staff etc.
- Developing new innovative recipes using Beverage range.
- Maintaining customer data base and build strong relationship with them.
- Staff training of the accounts where product is introduced. Time to time staff training & update on the new recipes developed by us
- Collate feedback from HORECA customers on the product demonstrations conducted every month, Demo reports formats.
- Ensure adherence and scheduled demonstration completion organized by the sales team.
- 2-3 years of experience in beverages – mixology/barista/bartender
- Understanding of using/application of syrups/smoothies/sauces and other dry blended products.
- Presentation skills – Power point and basic knowledge of excel.
- Understanding customer requirements & market trends across HORECA
- Preferably Hotel Management
- Should have worked in Hospitality industry i.e. F&B
