Understand and prepare Current Network implementation document

Based on Company Policy Create and implement new network security policy
Prepare new Data Centre setup Plan (On Premise & Cloud), Prepare required hardware and software resources for zero downtime
Configure Firewall,VPN,Wifi,Citrix,Cisco switches and routers. for remote connectivity across all Fiow offices / ware house/ branches in a secured way
Install Servers, VM Ware, Shared Storages, Create and maintain VMs, Backup Appliances, Configure Disaster Recovery
Configure multi ISP provider's internet connectivity, Configure automatic switch over
Periodic Hardware and Software Alternative switching TRIAL RUN to make sure fit for meet zero Downtime
Install and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server
Assist in network design and implementation
Install and monitor Centralized Antivirus software across Servers and workstations
Install and Control internet access across workstations
Provide network support with a variety of operating systems
Install and configure computer network equipment.
Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
Provide network support to users.
Develop and monitor policies for the use of network resources.
Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup.
Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
Create and maintain network users/permissions.
Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
