Responsibilities for Operations Specialists:


  • Must have worked for an IT startup and managed operations. Ideally for an Edutech
  • Strong English Communication is a must
  • Research, and help enrol new counsellors, educators, practitioner, recreational studios
  • We require energetic, willing to learn operational specialists to perform multiple tasks including research, onboarding of tutors, coldcall tutors, perform data analytics, data entry etc.
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Engages with customers, clients and provides service and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on backend software systems.
  • Assists in creating performance reports, competitive reports, reports to facilitate growth of operations
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Handles Tutor Support and Customer Support Queries. Can be at varied hours.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Should be willing to network, take increasing amount of responsibility, be effective in communication, assist and contribute to the team
  • Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
  • Perform multiple operational tasks to help grow business

Salary:
₹25, ₹42,104.53 per month
