- MIS & Analysis on service
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Knowledge prerequisites
Ø Siebel handling for Customer request
Ø Service issue resolution by coordinating with different departments
Ø One point Contact for Corporates on Service issues.
Ø Visit corporates and meet customers
Educational Qualifications
Ø Graduate
Experience Profile
Ø At least 1-2 years experience in Customer Service
Personality Traits
Ø Should be well versed with English & Hindi.
Ø Ability to relate to channel members at different levels
Ø Good Communication Skills
Ø Passion for Service Excellence
Ø Understands / Anticipates needs
Preferred industry (if any)
Ø Hospitality / Financial Services / TelecoM/FMCG.
