Role and responsibilities
1) Take round of all the classes to observe the proceedings at least once a day.

2) Assist the Principal and take over the role of Principal in the event of their absence from the school. Also, assist Principal in maintaining other records.

3) Observe the classrooms keenly making note of the ambience and class management.

4) Toilets are cleaned at least two times a day and support staff has all the required cleaning stuff. Maids are taking proper care of younger kids whenever the kid is using toilet.

5) The teachers are taking proper care of small kids during the lunch time.

6) There are no open electric wires in the class room or any other area. All the wires are properly covered and out of kids reach.

7) Act as liaison between parents, students, administrators and teachers.

8) Counsel the Parents during Admission time/any grievance/student related issues etc.

9) Coordinating the arrival of new staff members and orientating them to the school environment, staff and students.

10) To ensure that all students are wearing proper uniform and a diary note should be sent in case of any violation.

11) Ensure that all documents of the new joiners are collected on the first day of joining.

12) Ensure that every class attendance register is completed, checked and signed by the Principal

13) Ensure that nobody uses the mobile phones during school hours.

Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
