This is a full-time position with D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd

Job Highlights:

The Mental availability & BME Analyst is responsible for reviewing activities associated with the IBP process, monthly and quarterly review updates, preparing BME analyses, providing planning support, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

You will also provide leadership on cross functional teams and educate business partners on financial issues and concepts.

Must-Have skills:

46 years of experience in marketing or related field with a focus on mental availability and BME.
Degree or equivalent in a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Good to have:

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to increase mental availability and BME.
Ability to provide guidance and education on mental availability and BME concepts and strategies.
Experience in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of mental availability and BME initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement mental availability measurement and BME optimization to drive business impact and fulfill OKR results.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights related to mental availability and BME.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to track marketing activities
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of mental availability and BME initiatives.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices related to mental availability and BME.
Conducts indepth analyses of mental availability and BME data to provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Identifies opportunities to improve mental availability and BME through data analysis and research.
