• Site Supervision: Supervise daily activities on the construction site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule work activities, allocate resources, and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to project management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any deviations from the project schedule or budget.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Material Management: Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials on site to ensure efficient utilization and minimize wastage.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any technical issues or challenges encountered during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and change orders, to facilitate project documentation and billing processes.

• Minimum of one year of experience in civil construction or related field.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of workers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as required.
