1.Vendor Management - Raising PO, follow up, billing collection, payment.
2.
Stationery Management and Printing - Maintaining stationery stock, Managing and handling stationary purchase, Following up with the vendor for the printing of Employee id Cards
3.
Runner - Supporting Finance Team for All Bank activity like Cheque deposit, TDS deposit/ Challan etc., confidential document movement (Divyasree).
Employee Engagement - Responsible for purchasing all probs and decorative items for Employee Engagement, Co-Ordinating with HR to make the necessary arrangement for Employee Engagement, Responsible decorating the office

Bill Payments - Co-ordinating with accounts for the payment of bills of landline, mobiles and Broadbands.

Guest House Maintenance - Responsible for the maintenance of Guest House
7.
Courier Management - Co-ordinating with department for mailing the couriers when required.
8.
Housekeeping - Responsible for the maintenance of Pantry, Reception, rest room and office
9.
Pantry Boy and Reception Security - Responsible for managing and guiding the guest house cook, pantry boy and reception Security.
Pantry and Restroom supplies - Responsible for maintaining the pantry and restroom supplies.
11.
Guest Management - Responsible for the arrangement of lunch, soft drinks, snacks etc. for office guests.
