Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential real estate customers within the Delhi and Noida region.
Introduce our real estate projects, describe the features, and answer any inquiries from potential clients.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers who have expressed interest in our properties.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and trust in our services.
Stay well-informed about our real estate offerings, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate this information to customers.
Collaborate with the real estate sales team to coordinate activities and track leads through the sales funnel.
Report to the Telecalling Supervisor or Manager on call performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Continuously strive to improve call handling techniques and conversion rates in the real estate domain.
