Overview:


The PGT MDG Specialist for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) will be responsible for maintaining the functional and technical integrity of the PGT MDG (Master Data Governance) EAM Master Data Solution Extensions, as delivered by Utopia/Prometheus.

This role will report to the PGT MDG Sr.

Technical Lead and will partner with the PGT Data Solutions Design team to ensure that the MDG Platform supports the business requirements in a scalable and effective manner.

This role will partner with the PGT deployment project teams, System Integrators (including SAP and Utopia) and DevSecOps teams to ensure the success of those projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Align with functional and technical direction for the overall MDG and PGT EAM solution architecture, defining the component architecture, reviewing detailed design for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture for the complete EAM Data cycle.
  • Seamless integration of Utopia solution components (such as MDaaS and UxLoader) with the PGT MDG architecture and benchmark integration KPIs.
  • Provide feedback & input to improve and optimize design of MDG EAM Utopia solution.
  • Handle technical and functional component of MDG EAM Master Data objects (such as Material Master, Equipment, Material and Equipment Bill Of Materials, Functional Locations, Work Centers, Measuring Points, Maintenance Plans and Task Lists)
  • Work with project deployment and sustain teams to support performance testing that meets the business requirements of PepsiCo's enterprise volume and scale, including inbound and outbound interfaces and mass data processing
  • Partner with the MDG Solution Architecture team to cover platform change management, including the monitoring of relevant OSS Notes and RICEF changes impact on the platform

Qualifications:

Years of Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • SAP Certifications related to EAM preferred.
  • 810 years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP with a focus on EAM.
  • 4+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in SAP EAM endtoend process design and development including integration with cross functional areas within SAP areas like RTR
  • Record to Report, Make to Deploy and P2P
  • Procure To Pay.
  • Strong SAP knowledge of Administrative maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Dispatch and Scheduling, Emergency Maintenance, Plant and Fleet Maintenance Master Data, Plant and Fleet Maintenance Warranty Claim Process, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment, and Spare Parts Management.
  • Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Plant and Fleet Maintenance (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Task List, PM Material Master, Work Center, Work/Entry Permits et al)
  • Familiar with EAM processes in PepsiCo or similar companies in the same industry.
  • Complete understanding of the E2E process triggering EAM activities (Integration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing)
  • Solving highly complex problems within the work team, and with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements & ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
  • Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Ability to travel to different warehouse sites within North America to provide handson support during Go-Live.
