We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Admin & IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various administrative and IT functions within the organization.
Your role will involve providing leadership and guidance to the administrative and IT dept., ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations: Oversee and manage the daytoday administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, lesioning with Govt. offices, banks, housekeeping & security agencies, vendor management, procurement, attendance mgt., manage employees file, organizing employees' activities, managing transportation & travel arrangements, ticket booking, and inventory control.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the administrative budget, maintaining petty cash accounting. Monitor expenditures, identify costsaving opportunities, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Records and
Document Management:
Establish and maintain efficient systems for records management, document control, and information retrieval. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and information security.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, employees, clients, vendors, and service providers. Manage communication channels and facilitate effective information flow across the organization.

Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to administrative functions. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implement security measures, and conduct periodic audits or reviews.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, external vendors, and service providers. Foster positive working relationships, address concerns or issues, and negotiate contracts or agreements when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within administrative functions. Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and leverage technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assisting IT Department: IT Support Role Hardware/Software and IT peripherals Maintenance, procuring
- Laptop, Desktop, Mobile Devices, and accessories across. Doing hardware upgradation on Desktop, Laptop, and Mobile devices. Issuing devices in the absence of an IT person.
- Assisting HR Department: Doing Onboarding and documentation of new joiners. Managing employee's documents and creating Zoho account.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with administrative software and systems
Salary:
₹180, ₹400,000.00 per year
