Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

Should have 5-8 yrs experience in Manual Testing
Good Working experience in Manual Testing
Should possess good DB knowledge
Able to understand the requirement in a good manner and then design the test cases accordingly.
Able to log defects efficiently during the execution phase and also able to differentiate defects based on the severity and priority and submit Test results to the test lead
Strong Analytical, Logical, and Communication Skills Desirable Skills:
Rally Tool/Quality Center
Good Working experience in Test automation using Selenium/QTP
Good Working experience in Agile methodology
Basic Programming language experience (.Net, Java, C++)
