Majestic Courier is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Courier and Logistic Company Operations Executive.

As a crucial member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Route Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Dispatch Management: Coordinate with dispatchers to assign delivery tasks to couriers and monitor their progress throughout the day.

Resource Allocation: Optimize the allocation of resources including vehicles, drivers, and equipment to meet delivery schedules and customer demands.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage stock movement to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of deliveries and implement measures to improve service quality and efficiency.

Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, delivery accuracy, and fuel consumption, and implement strategies to improve performance.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics operations.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Technology Integration: Utilize logistics management software and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to operations.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of services and optimize costs.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations management, preferably in the courier and logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
