Required qualifications:
i)Relevant University degree-Architect/Engineer with a technical background ii) Good English writing and verbal skills, iii) Knowledge in BIM modeling software is a requirement, iv) Knowledge in REVIT is an advantage, v) Additional experience with BIM related or parametric based software is considered as an advantage-Revit Dynamo, Navisworks, Grasshopper etc. is an advantage, vi) Familiarity with the global trends in BIM development and standards, vii) Experience with on-site construction is an advantage, viii) experience in quantity calculations is an advantage, ix) Excellent communication skills and ability to work independent and as a team member, x) Able to show initiative and proactivity, xi) Able to take responsibility for projects worked under strict deadlines

General responsibilities:
i) BIM 3D modelling, ii) Data management and quantity take-off, iii) Design coordination, iv) Preparation of technical documentation for building permits and construction

Job location:
Salt Lake Sector V

Salary:
₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
