Talent Acquisition

Endtoend recruitment for different roles in the United States, India and other locations
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
Measure source of hire and timetofill for each role
Advertise open positions to external networks
Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
Attend job fairs and organize career events
Keep in touch with past applicants

HR Generalist

Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
Other Tasks
Participate in Client meetings and business reviews

Requirement

Available to work with a 4 hours overlap to US business hours
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Above average English communication skills both written and oral
Score on an acceptable level on the Neolytix's Recruiter exam
At least 1 years of recruitment experience
At least 1 years of experience in hiring in India
Preferably with
BPO/Offshore experience:
No job hoppers

- at least two years on the job

Schooling from large city high school, Convent or private
Bachelor's degree from a tierB university
Postgraduate MBA in HR in a reputable institute

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
