Role and Responsibilities:
Compensation

Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation, defining Salary & Base Pay, Individual Compensation, Workforce Compensation, and Total Compensation Statements.
Ability to write fast formulas.
Provide support to the client during testing, production cutover, and post-go-live phases.
Assist with data migration activities.
Collaborate with the integration team to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
Create functional design documents.

Offer end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.

Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.

Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
Show strong team handling skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
Committed to meeting project deadlines and delivering quality outcomes.

Proven hands-on experience in Core HR module with a good understanding of industry trends, best practices, and new features.
Ability to understand business requirements, map them to product features, and convert them into system configurations in Oracle HCM.
Design, build, and configure the Oracle Core HR module to align with the organization's HR processes and requirements.

Experience working on all phases of the project, including client demos/workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validation, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live, and support.

Good implementation experience in Core HR module - Organization/work structure management, position/job management, Employee personal information, probation, Transfer/promotions/Salary, DOR/letters, Exit Management, Journeys, etc.

Understanding and experience in Security and approval configuration.
Experience in Page Personalization and customization.

Stay up to date with Oracle Core HR updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.

Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.

Good understanding and experience in advanced functionalities like Oracle ME/Grow/Journeys, preferred.
Strong communication skills and prior experience in client-facing roles.
