Responsibilities
- Application of collected cash to various customer accounts.
- Understand the functional & process requirements, build knowledge to serve as the SME
- Channel partners invoice allocation
- Reconciliations of remittance advices with payments
- Audit SPOCs
- HP online stores Reconciliation,
- Closely collaborate with commercial business for business continuity & sustainability
- Refund Processing
- Own & drive MEC activities
- Digital workforce Operational Management
- KPI Reporting
- Baselining & periodic updating SOPs
Education & Experience Recommended
- Graduate in Finance
- Typically has 12 years of related work experience, preferably in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills
- A Keen eye for details and ability to deep dive into issues
- Agility & Adaptability
- Good communication skills
- Critical Thinking
- Ability to interpret exceptions and take timely corrective actions
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
