Description
Identifying Sales needs across the manufacturing industry.- Primary responsibility is to interact with customers and generate enquiry. Identify appropriate solution and submit offer with the help of backoffice team.
- To interact with customers and generate enquiry. Identify appropriate solution and submit offer with the help of backoffice team. Track enquiry and convert the same into successful business.
- Coordinate with internal stake holder for Commercial Proposal to be sent to the Client.
- Strong Followup with the client for the Commercial Proposal Submitted to the Client against the enquiry.
- Responsible for generating the business within specified territory & work towards business goals and targets.
- Methodically assess the sales avenues & reach out to the prospective customers. Capability to capture cross sell avenues.
- Requires solid market intelligence.
- Technical Service Experience in Engineering Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decisionmaking skills.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- B.E. (Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics/ Instr. Control) with 3 5 years of Experience
- Communication.
- Prospecting.
- Discovery.
- Business Acumen.
- Social Selling.
- Should have knowledge of Automation systems like PLC, DCS, Drives etc. and LV Switchgear products.
Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Thane , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 5 years (required)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
