    Experience : 15 + year exclusive insurance experience in a large global company with Min Size of USD 5 Bio and sizeable presence in U.S. and Europe markets or with global broker

    Must have 1. Thorough Exposure and deep connects with Indian and International insurance placement including reinsurance, contract negotiations, liability policy structuring .

    2. Good communication skills

    Job Description

    In depth understanding of Indian and global underwriting practices , Exposure to Indian and International insurance placement including reinsurance is pre-requisite.

    The candidate will be responsible from placement, endorsement and management of claims.

    Should have thorough understanding of US market, Admitted insurance regulations and experience of placement of local policies.

    Should be well versed with handling of large complicated claims including complex PI & EPLI liability claims with US & Europe exposure.

    Insurance advisory and review of Customer contract on risk exposure and related insurance clauses.

    Routine training to business teams on various insurance coverages.

    Insurance clause vetting given under the contract.

    Timely claim communication to insurers and participating/arranging calls with internal/external legal teams and insurers.

    Keep track of all the policies and ensure timely renewals to ensure coverage continuity.

    Dealing with Multinational/Local Brokers and Multinational Insurers/Re-insurers

    Deep understanding of negotiating, drafting , structuring global liability policies including road shows with global reinsurers.
