Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive growth and generate new business opportunities for the company.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Your role will require a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market and industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate Leads:
Identify and research potential clients and markets to develop a robust pipeline of leads. Use various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms to generate quality leads.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, providing solutions, and addressing any concerns or issues.

Continuously nurture client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Present company offerings, negotiate contracts, and close deals to generate revenue. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance.

Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging market segments.

Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Customize proposals to address specific client needs, showcase the value proposition, and differentiate the company from competitors.

Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and forecasts using CRM systems. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.

Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
Stay informed about industry best practices, new technologies, and sales techniques. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through self-learning, training programs, and attending relevant industry events.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Resultsdriven and targetoriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

Salary:
From ₹13,000.00 per month
