Responsibilities:

Achieve business targets
Identifying new areas of business
Product Launches.
Organizing marketing and other promotional activities as well prepare matter for promotional activities (Brochures, Video & Catalogues).
Mapping, studying and analyzing the competitor activity
Understanding the market in terms of customer needs & buying behavior, assessing the market requirement & suggesting new marketing ideas for the products
Develop marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive volumes
Training: a) Product training (Technical & Marketing) to new recruits & the field staff
Price negotiations with principle companies to increase the profitability.
To work on pricing of the product.

Education:
Graduate in Life sciences (B.Pharma) / MBA (Marketing)

CTC: 3 to 3.5, Fresher salary will be between 2 to 2.5

Experience: - 3 years/Fresher can be considered.

Salary:
₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
