As one of our Architect we need you to help us achieve the commitment we have made on our projects.
To fulfil this obligation, we need you to demonstrate 10 Years' experience with a minimum of a Degree / Diploma from a recognized university.
You will have previous experience working on Heavy Construction (Metro/ Infrastructure/High-rise building) Project working within multi-national team.- Review and supplement the details given in DPR mainly on architectural design aspects considering the operational efficiency, maintainability, cost performance, etc.
- Review & supplement aspects pertaining to architectural
- Design of all stations.
- Review & supplement the outline design (architectural aspects) of the administration buildings, inspection sheds, maintenance sheds and other depot buildings and structures.
- Prepare tender documents (architectural design requirements) for the depot contract
- Work closely with the GC Multimodal Transport Planner to prepare outline of dispersal facilities & integration with other modes of public transport.
- Perform tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Should be B. Arch (Min 7 Years Exp) or Diploma in Civil (Min. 10 Years Exp)
- Preferably have Exp in Heavy Construction (Metro)
- Willing to relocate Mumbai Metro Project Line
- Should have good communication.
- Self-Motivated, problemsolving skills.
- Perform task as assigned by supervisor.
