Summary/Objective:

The Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our organization's systems and databases.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy in data entry tasks.


Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other data sets.
• Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entries.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files according to company procedures.
• Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects as needed.
• Follow data entry guidelines and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding data entry tasks and deadlines.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and protect sensitive information.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and data entry software/systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data entry software or database management systems.
• Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with industryspecific terminology or data sets.

Work Environment:

This position will primarily work in an office environment.
