Aimlay Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Admission Counselor with a strong background in inside sales to join our dynamic team.

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admission process, leveraging your sales expertise to meet and exceed enrollment targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct proactive and engaging inside sales activities to convert leads into enrolled students.
  • Utilize your indepth knowledge of educational programs and admission processes to assist prospective students in making informed decisions.
  • Effectively communicate program details, admission requirements, and financial considerations to potential students.
  • Conduct oneonone counseling sessions both inperson and through virtual channels.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and admission procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
